What is your general shipping policy?
In-stock orders normally ship within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. However, if an item is marked "pre-order" the item will ship once stock arrives. An estimated time of arrival for “pre-order” items is listed on the product page. All custom modded controllers require 7-12 business day build times depending on the volume of orders being processed. When purchasing a custom modded controller you have the option to purchase a Rush Processing Service to guarantee that your controller is built and shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Thursday).
Depending on the total weight of your order, different shipping options will be available when checking out. For orders shipping within the US you can choose from UPS Express, UPS Standard and standard postal service. For orders shipping within Canada, you can choose from CanadaPost Expedited and standard postal service. For orders shipping to Europe, you can choose from AirMail and standard postal service. All shipping methods include a tracking option with the exception of standard postal service.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times will vary depending on your geographical location and the shipping method selected. The following is a breakdown of each shipping method offered and the estimated time of delivery for each method. Note that these estimates do not include the day the item ships or is delivered, weekends or holidays.
- UPS Express – 1 to 2 business days
- UPS Standard – 2 to 5 business days
- US Standard Post – 1 to 3 weeks
- Canada Post Xpresspost - 1 to 2 business days
- Canada Post Expedited – 1 to 5 business days
- Canada Standard Post – 2 to 10 business days
- International Priority – 1 to 2 weeks
- International Airmail – 2 to 4 weeks
- International Standard Post – 2 to 6 weeks
What are the Shipping Prices?
It depends on what you are ordering, how much you are ordering, and where it is shipping. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically during checkout – you will need to fill out your shipping address in order to view the shipping options and prices.
What about free shipping?
Free shipping via standard postal service is available on small, lightweight shipments. Limitations may also apply based on geographical location and total order value. If free shipping is availble for your order the "Standard Postal Service" or "Standard International Post" option will be availble upon checking out.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Absolutely. After placing items in your shopping cart, proceed to the checkout area. Complete the Shipping and Billing information, including selecting your country. We have chosen CanadaPost International Airmail and Standard International Postal service for our International orders. They both offer reasonable shipping rates (compared to other express carriers) and fast delivery times.
Will I have to pay customs fees on my order?
Orders may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also, because we are a retail store, we are NOT able to mark orders as ‘Gifts’ for customers to avoid paying these fees.
The shipping charges you pay to IntensaFireStore.com do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to IntensaFireStore.com and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping or the cost to return your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
