IntensaFireStore.com guarantees the performance and quality of all the products it supplies. If you feel you have a faulty product, please read the conditions of the following return policy:
- No product can be returned to IntensaFireStore.com for refund once it has been delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Please be sure that your product is set up correctly and properly installed. Common problem areas include incorrect wiring, not following diagrams or instructions correctly and poor quality installation techniques.
- If you are satisfied that your product is faulty and you will be returning the product from a non-US address, you must request an RMA number by emailing the RMA department before the product can be returned. Please ensure you enter a valid e-mail address to be responded to. 24-48 hours after submitting the RMA number request email you will be contacted via email with a unique RMA number and product return instructions.
Returned items must be complete without exception. i.e. - in original packaging with all cables, manuals, software, packaging and included accessories regardless of size or value.
- When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt.
- All warranties are Return To Base (RTB). Therefore it is your responsibility to pay all shipping costs including import taxes for any returned items. IntensaFireStore.com will cover the shipping costs (standard ground) when sending replacement (replacing verified defective merchandise) orders to you.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. IntensaFireStore.com cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in return transit.
- If the returned product is verified faulty, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product.
- If the returned product is verified as working 100%, it will be shipped back to you as soon as possible. You are responsible for all return shipping costs which can be paid by credit card. You are entitled to a refund (within 30 days of purchase) for the total value of the your order less shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee (* applies to verified working returned merchandise only)
- ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED TO INTENSAFIRESTORE.COM FROM A LOCATION OUTSIDE OF CANADA MUST BE DECLARED/MARKED CLEARLY AS “RETURNS/REPAIRS” OTHERWISE CUSTOMS WILL APPLY TAXES AND DUTY TO THE RETURNED ITEM TO BE PAID BY INTENSAFIRESTORE.COM AND WILL BE REFUSED DELIVERY OF THE ITEM. YOUR RMA NUMBER MUST ALSO BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE PACKAGE.
- INTENSAFIRESTORE.COM WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN SHIPMENTS SHIPPED VIA UPS, FEDEX OR DHL. ANY RETURN SHIPMENT WITH AN AMOUNT OWING DUE TO IMPROPER CONTENT DECLARATION WILL ALSO BE REFUSED. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT WHEN RETURNING ITEMS TO INTENSAFIRESTORE.COM FOR EITHER REPLACEMENT OR REFUND THAT YOU DECLARE THE CONTENTS OF THE SHIPMENT AS "RETURN MERCHANDISE FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND" WITH A TOTAL CUSTOMS VALUE OF $0.01.
